- What if it doesn’t work out?
- You start with a 90-day paid pilot. After that it’s month-to-month, so there’s no annual contract to sit out.
- Who moves our data across?
- We do. That’s what the $2,500 setup fee covers, and it’s credited back after six months. Nobody in your office re-types your workers, participants and plans.
- Will our auditor accept it?
- Auditors audit your practice, not your software, and no software is “NDIS approved”. What SI30 Care does is keep the evidence they ask for in one place: screening and expiry dates, incident reports with their clocks, a note for every shift, and an audit log of who changed what.
- You’re a small practice. What if you disappear?
- Fair question. SI30 is a small Brisbane practice, and the person who answers you is the engineer who wrote the code. It’s built on a standard stack, Postgres, React and Swift, with 8,900+ automated tests, so another developer could pick it up.
- Half our workers are on Android.
- Then you should know now: the worker app is iPhone-only today. Android is on the roadmap, and we won’t promise a date here. The office app runs in a web browser.
- Does it lodge claims with the NDIA?
- No, it prepares them. For agency-managed participants you get a file ready for the NDIA’s bulk upload, which you upload in the provider portal. For plan-managed and self-managed participants you get invoices. It doesn’t connect to the NDIA directly.
- Why bands and not per user?
- Because a per-user bill climbs with every hire. With bands, the price only changes when you move up one, and every band has every feature.
- Are you ISO 27001 certified?
- No. Permissions are enforced in the database itself, so each person only sees what their job needs.
